General information and news sites

  • AO Froobs - great site for Froobs of all levels. Useful content, helpful people and detailed forum.
  • AO Universe - excellent fansite, for players by players. Kept up-to-date on a regular basis.
  • Auno Database - amazingly detailed online database of each an every item in the AO universe. one of the best sites around.
  • AO Vault - from the guys at IGN, a thorough AO site.
  • Wikipedia’s entry for Anarchy Online - Not as much detail as the link above, but useful none the less..
  • Council of Truth - Clan governing body.
  • Anarchy Arcanum - reports on the lesser known side of AO - interesting places, people and items. Completely dead site, but saved form extinction.
  • AO Warcry - yet another “all you’ll ever need” site from Warcry.
  • Faunlore - if you want to know about all the different NPCs on Runi-Ka, in the Shadowlands and from Alien Invasion then this site is for you. Very detailed description and stats for nearly every monster you’ll come across. No longer updated.
  • AO Hell - no longer updated, but still a useful archive.
  • Twink Think - information and other stuff related to twinking.
  • Jexai’s Anarchy Online - useful generalist site for guides, quests and information. Really good dungeon maps

Useful apps and stuff

  • Clicksaver Blizting 2.0 (29kb) - a file for clicksaver that incorporates most of the items found in the blitzing 2.0 list. Just needs to be put in the clicksaver directory and imported into the program. Created by Chronis .
  • Org recruitment script (txt) - fancy and alluring script for those able to recruit to help the org get some members. Here is the read me file to customise the script.
  • TinyDump - TinyDump is a logparser that aims to record then analyse all of your damage data whilst ingame.
  • Ingame Nano Crystal Helplist - does what it says on the tin.
  • Anarchy Online Relay Chat - chat ingame without logging in.
  • Click Saver - Tired of wading through loads of mission screens to get that piece of kit? Then no more….Clicksaver will automate this process for you. A must have piece of kit!
  • Agaille’s guide to Clicksaver - Excellent guide on how to setup and use the above tool. Read it!
  • Zanthyna Scripts - loads of useful ingame scripts. Also has a guide to cool places on RK.
  • Inventory Sorter (Harlorn) - sort your inventory with the Inventory Sorter - obvious really! Lots of other stuff aswell.
  • AO Quest - A program that reads html files with quest info in them ie pictures/coords/how to etc and displays them. The whole point is to load the pages off your harddrive instead of going out to the net and loading ‘em up
  • Teamspeak - chat in real-time over the net. Does not require typing!
  • AO Shop Checker - a 3rd party program to check personal shops for sold items.
  • AOcrafter - Calculates minimum required skills and items for the desired Quality Level (QL) of a process. Shows step-by-step procedure with required tools, items and skills for many known tradeskill processes. Shows a summary of the minimm skills and QL of items needed for completing the entire process, including amount of items needed. Calculates maximum possible QL of process based on your skills.
  • AOcrayon - change base chat text colors easily, without mucking about with complex XML file editing.
  • AODamage Viewer - records how much damage your character does, your average XP and damage a minute, as well as show you critical % and reflect/absord amounts. In addition, it monitor’s both the Alien Invasion and Shadowlands expansions so that you can see how much AXP or SK you gain over time.
  • PAO (like AORC) - another chat client.
  • Mish Buddy - a bit like clicksaver. Appears to do more than Clicksaver.
  • Nanoworld - a database of all the nanos available for all professions in the game Anarchy Online. You can download the complete nano-list as a Microsoft Excel document.
  • Nano Clusters and Implant Locations - does what it says on the tin.
